Are you accepting new patients?

Yes! We currently are accepting new patients. Call us today and we will accommodate you and your family as soon as possible.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most insurances. Just because we accept it does not mean with are IN-NETWORK. To ensure that we are in-network please call your insurance company to verify.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please make sure to bring photo id, insurance card, current list of your medications and any other information you would like us to have.

Does your lab take my insurance and will my tests be covered?

Our on-site laboratory is Sunrise Medical Labs. They participate with most insurances but to be certain of what your preferred lab is please contact your insurance. We can provide you with all the test codes needed to check coverage with your insurance company.

Does my child need to be up to date with their vaccines to be seen?

Although we highly encourage vaccinations, it is not a requirement to be a part of our practice. Non-vaccinated patients will be required to sign a vaccine refusal form.

What should I do if I cant access my health information on the patient portal?

If you are unable to login or cant see any information in your account please call our office. Most times we find that the wrong method of login is being used or that patient’s have created duplicate accounts. Well will be able to tell you what login method you chose and help reset your password if necessary.
